  • Seeing this, after seeing what your growth has brought you in the last 2 yrs was amazing and inspiring. I'm getting ready to get started in detailing, after a layoff that drove me into early retirement. (I'm 67) I look at your vids as training material, and for the satisfaction they give. Thank you for this one especially since my wife's 2012 Chrysler 200 will be my first real detail other than my truck. Again, thank you.. Very much!

  • Seeing this demonstration on how to detail an old car reminds me of the 1998 Chevrolet Silverado that you did. This is a very brilliantly educational video on how to take better care of older vehicles and how to keep it clean and looking like new. The Chrysler Sebring Limited convertible is so beautiful and lovely. Thank you for a wonderful clip because you are awesome. I'm so excited to see the next detailing video. • I've been watching through some of your older videos and you have come a long way in your methods and production value. Well done sir. That being said, I would love to see some more old cars like this done. Cleaning up newer cars is awesome to watch but bringing back an older car from one thats been unloved to something that makes you go Wow truly shows how talented you are sir. Keep up the amazing work.

  • I find it pleasant cleaning old cars to make them look like new. How do you clean the headliner of a car to remove stains? Also is blowing compressed air on the carpet to get the dirt loosened and moved to a more easily accessible place to vaccum a good idea? I had pretty good results with compressed air

  • Recenlty been watching alot of your videos for the great editing and a chance to see vehicles thats not manufactured in my country although this is just one step above a normal car wash with good equipment and products but not a full detail.....missing bits are seat belts.seat belt panels.grab handles .headlinner .the panels behind the rear seats.compartment where the spare tyre is kept .cleaning the windscreen from inside .sun visiors and ofcourse an engine bay detail.seeing years of grease and oil coming off chasis legs engines and gearboxes is oddly satisfying ....anyway thats what we pay for to get the vehicle showroom ready

    • @kody k lol I never use that ,it works and I think it has an error or something when I got the car on a scanner. Overload circuit something something ...but it works great. I think it has something to do with the torque converter that start rattling if I rev the car to hard. Sadly in Europistan we have shit mechanics for automatic transmissions ,I had to buy a second car for parts and even so I still can't find someone to install the stupid TQ .

      AdrianAdrianNăm trước
    • Adrian I live in Colorado and it’s my daily driver I definitely check if it still has a warranty. But I thought he aromatic/manual transmission in the 300M was pretty cool

      kody kkody kNăm trước
    • @kody k damn it must be really clean. at 85k its not even out of warranty lol ...they had 100k miles or 5 years warranty iirc. I have a 300M with 150,000 miles and I sure hope these engines are reliable. I live in Europe and this is one of my toy cars ,I don't use it often and sadly I have to change the torque converter in it because it rattles like it has a spun bearing in the engine :(

      AdrianAdrianNăm trước
    • Adrian Mine is a 3.5 and it’s been treating me good so far but to be fair it’s a 99 with only 85,019 miles on it

      kody kkody kNăm trước
    • @kody k many came with the 2.7 which was throwing rods ,but from what I understand the 3.2/3.5's are really reliable.

  • Another nice video. You seem to get cars with leather interiors that you ‘condition’. I’m not sure when, but I think it was in the late 1990s, automotive leather upholstery became coated. This helped resist stains, easier to clean, etc.. Except for high end brands - Rolls, Bentley, etc.. There leather is still pretty much aniline. The coating on the leather in the cars you have shown is pretty much sealed. The ‘conditioner’ adds UV protection, a nice matt lustre and usually odour, but won’t help soften it as the pores are sealed. I’m still trying to get my head around it so I’ve been experimenting on various known coated leather objects, lounges, my new car interior and a friends beret. So far not even steaming helps infuse the ‘conditioner’ into the leather. It just sits on the surface waiting to be removed. I think Auto-Fetish has some good lessons on it too.
